J&B Full Cleaning Services provides cleaning services according to the specifications detailed in the quote or prior agreement.
Includes:
✅ Cleaning of bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms and kitchen.
✅ Cleaning of carpets, upholstery and windows (if specified in the contract).
✅ Additional services such as deep cleaning, cleaning after moving, cleaning of appliances, among others.
The services will be provided at the times and dates agreed between both parties.
2. Prices and Payments
💰Rates: The price of the services will be established according to the type of service requested.
Prices are fixed, unless otherwise indicated, and any changes or additional services must be previously agreed with the client.
💳Payment methods: Cash, Bank transfer, Zelle, Checks (Other methods may be agreed on a case-by-case basis).
📌Payment Terms: Payment must be made as agreed in the contract. If an advance payment or deposit is required, this will be specified in the agreement.
3. Schedules and Access
📅Schedules: Cleaning will be performed at the time agreed with the client.
🚪Access to the home or office: The client must guarantee full access to the areas that will be cleaned.
If the client cannot be present, he/she must coordinate access in advance.
In the event that access is not provided without prior notice, the company may reschedule the service and charge the corresponding fee according to the cancellation terms.
4. Liability and Damages
🏡 The company guarantees a cleaning service performed with the utmost care and professionalism.
📌Limitations of liability:
We are not responsible for damage to fragile or valuable objects that have not been previously notified.
The client must report any delicate objects before cleaning.
If damage is caused by negligence of our team, we will assume liability accordingly.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the property, such as mold, structural failures, or faulty appliances.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
📅Cancellation Policy:
The client may cancel or modify their appointment with at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations outside this period will be subject to a fee of 50% of the agreed service.
In case of unforeseen emergencies, the company will evaluate the situation and notify the client of the steps to follow.

If the company needs to cancel or modify the service, we will notify in advance and reschedule according to the availability of both parties.
6. Confidentiality

All information provided by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality. Our team is subject to privacy and confidentiality policies.
7. Customer Satisfaction

If the customer is not satisfied with the service, they must notify us within the first 24 hours after cleaning. The company will conduct an inspection and, if appropriate, correct the service at no additional cost or provide an appropriate solution.
8. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure that the areas to be cleaned are clear and accessible.
Inform about any special needs or additional services in advance.
Indicate if there are areas that should not be cleaned or that require special care.
9. Force Majeure

Natural disasters.
Pandemics or health emergencies.
Interruptions of essential services.
Strikes or other unforeseen situations.
10. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
